Specialty Coffees

Coopac's product comes from the coffee plantations cultivated by its members, 100% Arabica coffee, of the Catuaí, Mundo Novo and Bourbon varieties. The post-harvest treatment preserves the quality and unique characteristics that the coffee from the mountains of the region has, the result of the union of factors such as climate, altitude, and soil fertility. The coffees produced have reached high quality standards, with several batches reaching grades 85, 86 and 87 of the SCAA standard, thus qualifying in the category of “Specialty Coffees”. The coffees are sold in the following alternatives: packaged, roasted in beans and in natura. Certified organic coffee will be available soon. The roast, normally executed in the medium standard, can be customized to meet the customer's needs.
